The daily rates are fluctuating, they vary according to the day and availability of accommodation at the Hotel.

General Policy:

Check-in at 14:00 and Check-out at 12:00;Children up to 05 years old FREE policy per Room;We do not have a Triple Room in the Sea View and Luxury category;The Standard Family category accommodates 02 adults 02 children up to 18 years old;All rates already included (Except Room-Tax); Rates subject to change without prior notice; The available promotions cannot be combined with others offered on the web; Cancellation period: 72 hours before Check-in – High Season / 48 hours before Check-in -in Low Season / New Year's Eve - 30 days and Carnival - 60 days;In case of no-show in low and high season, the amount of 01 night will be charged and in package periods, the charge will be full, in the package value;The extras available for sale will be subject to availability.

Credit card payment:

THE GUEST MUST BE THE HOLDER OF THE CARD; THE ORIGINAL CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN, OF THE SAME OWNERSHIP AS THE RESERVATION AND IDENTITY DOCUMENT; WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY CARD.

Upon check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with a photo to prove ownership.

If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, in the absence of the requested documentation, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card and the previous payment will be reversed.

We confirm that all information provided is correct and that the email provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the hotel.
